This notice covers the Fimli waitlist on fimli.ai. Fimli is operated by Sapec Software SRL, Republic of Moldova (the data controller).
What we collect
Your email address, the language of the page you signed up on, the number of children (only if you choose to tell us), your country as detected from your connection, the page that referred you, and campaign tags from the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
Why
To tell you when early access opens and to send occasional updates about Fimli’s launch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it’s stored
In a Cloudflare D1 database operated by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor. We don’t sell your data, don’t use advertising trackers, and don’t set cookies on this site.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until 6 months after Fimli’s public launch — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
